Hibdon Tires Plus

Updated: Joseph called to apologize for the delayed service and the lack of communication. He offered to do what he could to accommodate a new appt. I had to schedule the service at another shop due to traveling for work. Called first thing Sunday morning inquiring about a brake service. I wanted to ensure it could get done the same day. Joseph told me to bring my vehicle in and that the work would be completed that day. I dropped my vehicle off just after 9AM. I told the service tech that I knew a brake service was needed. I told him to move forward with any brake parts and repairs. I said I would be back in the afternoon to pick up my vehicle. Well i stopped by a little after 3pm to pick my vehicle up. I noticed it was in the same parking spot I left it. Well that is because my vehicle was never touched. The tech inside couldn’t give me any explanation or update. All he could say was he wasn’t sure why my vehicle hadn't been looked at yet. He told me the manager was on lunch break. He asked if I could leave my vehicle overnight, which I couldn’t because I have to travel for work. No communication, no apology, nothing.

These guys are great. Have them do pretty much everything on my vehicles. They are very informative and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair. Very professional and Friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin Brown is a great guy. He went above and beyond for a tire repair then the purchase of a new tire. He was super helpful and very nice to me and other customers as I waited. I would recommend him and his guys in the shop to anyone!

I reccomend this store for any services needed. They are always very professional and courteous. I have not had a bad interaction with this location and the manager Kevin is great! Had a tire rotation and alignment check today and was in and out in a reasonable time!

Harley took care of me initially and he was great at explaining the whole pricess and using my hibdon crredit card for the first time as well. I had some questions after the fact and when i went for my pickup Kevin went over the whole process again and answered my questions and broke it down in an easy digestible way. Very straight forward. And he also went in depth on the rebates for my purchase which was helpful. Definitely recommend and they Definitely have my future business
